Deciphering the Endorsed Goodwill

Goodwill is exactly what it says on the label, “I mean goodwill.”
So if you take the principle at its face value, don’t be alarmed that as truth is the first casualty of war, goodwill is the cannon fodder, victim and culprit of any office struggle, “Well, we meant goodwill.”

Goodwill is part of the utopian prospect of harmony, conjured up by professionals and served on a plate by master chefs to mask the true nature of something audacious and troubling. The moment goodwill is bandied about it, be wary because it appears as innocent as the sun’s rays – it is there to promise the sun but blind us of reality.

Modern goodwill has become propaganda, engineered, and delivered according to the setting and desired outcome. As most outcomes for a corporation involve rewarding shareholders and those who bring in the bonuses, the setting involves abiding by of laws and making a legitimate profit, at the expense of dispelling the anxiety of the workforce that is chained to a wage and not much else. The projection of the notion of goodwill is simply to divert their minds.  Very well, you are what you are, but as soon as goodwill is aimed straight at you – consider what they’re really up to.
