Lack of Communication

Do not confuse non-communication as a lack of communication. Lack of communication can involve several people conversing about something not related to what they should be talking about, because they are too afraid of expressing individualistic views. To avoid lack of communication, separate people and talk to them individually. Comfort them, trick them, do anything to avoid lack of communication.

To enforce a lack of communication, to avoid an issue (usually one of your outstanding career-threatening mistakes) get everyone talking and excited about anything and command them accordingly. Politics is strife with ‘lack of communication’, because political beings are constantly kicking more flavoursome issues into the air for the benefit of the crowd, and as we know crowds and society in general love a spectacle. So the more sizzle the better, without ever having to feed the masses with the raw, cold, disgusting sausages.
